Web server is the Debian release of the Apache Web Server Package.
This center provides high quality, high reliability access to molecular characterization tools. Although our central area of expertise is in magnetic resonance spectroscopy, we have broad capabilities for characterization of small molecules and materials that are readily accessible by the entire USC community.

This facility houses the following spectrometers for the Department of Chemistry and Dornsife College. There is a manager associated with each instrument. Contact this person to arrange training.

There is also a colored dot following each instrument. This indicates the status of the instrument:
Operational; Limited usablity, some functions are not operational; Instrument is down and not usable

Optical and Microscopy Facilities:
  • Bruker OPUS FTIR spectrometer (OCW 109) Room temperature detctor is working fine. MCT Detector is down for repair.
  • Horiba Raman Infrared Microscope (OCW 109) Raman is not working. The calibration was off for the 532 laser and the 785nm laser showed irregular behavior.
