1 c pistachio slivers or shelled pistachio*
1/2 c pea protein powder/ protein of choice
1/2 c bovine collagen @ancientandbrave (optional)*
1/4 - 1/3c honey @odysealtd (sweeten to taste)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt @maldonsalt
1/4 c (or half) greek yogurt
1/2 c chopped pistachio
270g 70% dark chocolate 

Grease and line a small loaf tin. 
Blend together the pistachio, protein powder, collagen, honey, vanilla and salt until smooth. Scrape down the sides and add greek yogurt. Blend again until smooth. 280g plain flour
7g active dried yeast
30g caster sugar
pinch salt
2 medium eggs
75ml milk
80g butter, soft

200g Bonne Maman Hazelnut Chocolate Spread
30g chopped toasted hazelnuts

Soaking syrup
60g caster sugar
50 ml water

Method
Grease and dust a 2lb loaf tin, set aside.
Into your mixing bowl fitted with the dough hook, add the salt, flour, sugar and yeast. 
To this add the eggs, milk & mix for 5 minutes until a firm dough is reached.

cinnamon filling:
—1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
—1/2 cup coconut sugar brown sugar
—1/4 cup maple syrup 
—2 tbsp cinnamon

method-
1. prep your dough as per instructions & Line a 1L loaf tin.
2. filling: mix filling ingredients together to form a paste (use a whisk if coconut oil chunks remain)

Makes 8-16 bars
2 lb loaf tin, greased & lined

Base:
100g oats
100g flaked almonds or ground almonds
Pinch salt
5 tbsp smooth or crunchy peanut butter
3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping:
150g milk or dark chocolate, chopped
2 tsp smooth peanut butter
Flaky sea salt, to sprinkle

Blitz together the oats & almonds until they are finely ground in a food processor/nutri bullet. Add to a large bowl with all of the rest of the ingredients for the base and stir well. Press into the prepared tin. Note - if it’s looking too dry add a little more milk. Melt the chocolate in the microwave on 10 second bursts until smooth. Add the peanut butter and stir. I am excited to share another delicious new bread recipe with you all. One of my lovely followers requested me to share a  Pistachio White Chocolate Loaf. Here’s the recipe & I hope you give this a try!

Ingredients:
60ml Water
60ml Milk
40ml sunflower oil 
1 egg (+ extra egg for egg washing the dough) 
7g yeast 
20g sugar 
250g flour 
1/2 tsp salt 

Pistachio filling:
70g finely crushed pistachios
60g brown sugar 
50g melted butter 
Vanilla 

-melted chocolate 

Method:
-In a bowl, mix water, milk, oil, egg, yeast and sugar. Add flour and salt, then knead until the dough is smooth (it will be sticky). 

-Let rest in a warm place for 1 hour.
