RECIPE: Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites (makes 25) 1/2 cup Essential Everyday creamy peanut butter 2 tbsp Essential Everyday unsalted butter, softened to room temperature 3/4 cup Essential Everyday powdered sugar 50 Essential Everyday mini pretzels 1 cup Essential Everyday semi sweet chocolate chips Add the peanut butter and butter to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar and continue mixing until well combined. Portion the peanut butter mixture into ~1 teaspoon balls, then press between two pretzels. Repeat. Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring well between each interval, until fully melted. Dip each one in the chocolate, then refrigerate for a few minutes until set. Enjoy!
