Jabs, with or without weight. I am using 3 pounds 2. Overhead press. Go slow and focus on form. I am using 7 pounds. 3. External rotation to wide bicep curl. Go slow, keeping your elbows close to your body. I am using 7 pounds. 4. Overhead tricep extension. Keep your elbows close to your head, do not lock your elbows at the top. I am using two 7 pound dumbbells. 5. Front raise to steering wheel. Brace your core. I am using a 7 pound dumbbell. 6. Arm circles. You can do this one with or without dumbbells. I am using 5 pound dumbbells. ➡️ do 10 to 12 reps of each exercise
