Chicken tikka koyla karahi Chicken 1 kg Ginger garlic crushed 3 tbsp Red chili flakes 3/4 to 1 tbsp or to taste Kashmiri chili powder 1 tsp or to taste Coriander crushed 1 to 2 tbsp Cumin crushed or cumin pwd 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp or to taste Tikka masala 1 tbsp or to taste Yogurt 1/2 cup Lemon juice of half lemon Marinate chicken with all above ingredients and set it aside for 30 minutes to an hour. Heat oil and shallow fry chicken on medium heat until golden brown. Give coal smoke then set chicken aside. Oil 1/2 cup or accordingly Tomatoes 4 big or accordingly Yogurt 1/2 cup Green chilies 7 to 8 or accordingly Ginger julienne and coriander leaves for garnish
