President Biden issued, in January 2021, a Memorandum on Restoring Trust in Government Through Scientific Integrity and Evidence-Based Policymaking. This Presidential Memorandum required the Office of Science and Technology Policy to develop a report on scientific integrity in the federal government. The report, Protecting the Integrity of Government Science, was released on January 11, 2022
