Decoracion fiesta

Raceway Race Car Party Loot Bags. Just use Black Kraft bags and cut white electrical tape into even type pieces and then stick down the centre to look like a raceway. This photo doesn't show it ( see other post) but I then attached a helium balloon to each bag in theme colours: either black, white or yellow. I placed these on the according tables so they doubled as decoration and every child received a bag and a balloon to take home:)
