Ingredients For the Dough: • 2 cups unsweetened, Tepid almond milk (should be a little warmer than room temperature—about 110 degrees) • 1/3 cup, unsalted vegan butter, melted • 1/4 cup, organic cane sugar • 4 + 1/2 cups, unbleached bread flour • 1 + 1/2 tsp, kosher salt • 1 envelope (2 + 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast • unbleached parchment paper • *If using a Stand Mixer, you will need the dough attachment For the Glaze • 2 cups, organic powdered sugar • 3 TBsp, unsweetened almond
