Let it rest 60-90mins. Divide in 8 balls and shape by pressing a hole in the middle. Water bath: -about 2 liters water -1/4 cup (60ml) agave or maple syrup Bring to a simmer then cook the bagels 1min each side. Brush with vegan cream (and add sesame seeds if you want).
