Everything built from barebones OpenGL and OpenAL implementations, with few helper libraries (GLM, stb_image).  Main tech intrigue for me was the implementation of Wave Function Collapse to generate random maps from a set of tiles.  Also my first game jam and first game.  I learned a lot about managing game states and entities efficiently, mostly by doing these things quite terribly and seeing the ramifications.
