Ning,
Make sure that the directories that the decoders will be writing to exist
and are writable by the ldm, eg:
~ldm/data/gempak/upperair, ~ldm/data/gempak/logs, and ~ldm/data/gempak/nldn
Also, check the log files of the decoders for messages in:
~ldm/data/gempak/logs/dcuair.log
I see that dcuair was started up by pqact in the logs you show below.
The decoder log in the above directory would be the place to look as to
why nothing was written.
