[IDD #ARH-685806]: Duplicate Products (fwd)

We are trying to find out which IDD injection node is adding the EMWIN
data to the IDS|DDPLUS datastream.  When we do, we will ask the site
adding the data to stop sending the data, or remove that node from the
ingest constellation.
