Hi Dennis, et. al.,

This is easily monitored via the Unidata Real-time IDD statistics
pages:

Unidata HomePage
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu

  Projects -> Internet Data Distribution
  http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/projects/index.html#idd

    IDD Current Operational Status
    http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/idd/rtstats/

      Statistics by Host
      https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/cgi-bin/rtstats/siteindex

Scroll down in the last page and find shu.calu.edu:

https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/cgi-bin/rtstats/siteindex?shu.calu.edu

You can get a textual listing of data volumes broken down by feedtype in:

Cumulative Volume Summary
https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/cgi-bin/rtstats/rtstats_summary_volume?shu.calu.edu

You can get a bar chart of the time history of volume in:

Cumulative volume summary Graph
https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/cgi-bin/rtstats/rtstats_summary_volume?shu.calu.edu+GRAPH

re:
> 2) Load Average

This is most easily done by running 'ldmadmin plotmetrics' while logged in
to the 'ldm' account on shu. This runs 'gnuplot' (that I installed on shu)
to plot timeseries for a variety of things (including load average) pertinent
to shu's operation.

re:

No worries.

Cheers,

Tom
