I reviewed the LDM log files on oliver.unidata.ucar.edu and did not see a
connection attempt that was denied.  Upon further checking I was reminded
that the firewall on oliver was changed to dump all LDM connections that
were not explicitly allowed in the firewall rules, and prevented your
'notifyme' attempt from reaching the LDM running on oliver.

I have temporarily allowed all LDM connections through the firewall on
oliver.  Please rerun the 'notifyme' test and let me know when you
are finished:

notifyme -vl- -f ANY -h oliver.unidata.ucar.edu
