[IDV #LUV-977179]: IDV - own maps in plugin

Sorry for not getting to this sooner. This is a great idea and I have 
implemented it and it will be in tomorrow's (Tuesday) build.

In the Map Display Control go to the File->Save->Export to Plugin menu.
A dialog will popup that asks what you want to include. The default is to just 
include the visible maps, to include the actual files in the plugin and to not 
include the settings state (e.g., lat/lon and map level).
