[IDV #WTV-208049]: Trouble since downloading 4.1

Ben,

The problem with our Java 6 versus 7 theory is that it apparently does
not hold true according to the diagnostics you sent us. It seems you
are running Java 6 though the errors you indicated suggest a Java 7 /
Java 3D problem. I now wonder if Java 3D was properly installed during
the 4.1 installation. When it asked you to install JOGL during the
installation, what option did you select? I would go through the 4.1
installation again. The problem with the test release we gave you is
that it is unstable and may have problems. For example, if you create
a bundle with this test release, it may not work with future versions
of the IDV.

Best Wishes,

Unidata IDV Support
