[IDD #IVX-396160]: Bundles to add to IDV Test Suite

Don,

I've included most of your bundles here including the 20kmRAP:

A test suite is only as good as its baseline so you may wish to glance at

to see if anything is amiss.

This is still a work in progress, and hopefully will be running in an automated
way soon with reports sent via email on cron.
