Not that I know of.  I think that the reason for this is that the
amount of checking of navigation that would have to be done would be
extensive (to check to make sure that the images were really
colocated).

It strikes me that writing a routine to combine all of the images would
be pretty simple as long as you put the burden for making sure that the
images _should_ be combinable on the user.
