This looks good.

So, you are saying that blizzard does not have either the *.RAP or
*.RAT files?  The *.RAP files should be created by the 
'batch XCDDEC.BAT' step in the procedure I sent you previously.
The *.RAT files get created by the XCD decoders.

Do you want me to login and take a look at blizzard?
