20031017: Salient Cell Tops and Motion (radar coded messages)



Travis,

I wrote the RCM processing routines for GEMPAK in the program GPRCM
using the Ofice of the Federal Coordinator for Meteorological services (OFCM)
publication FMH #11, Doppler Radar Meteorological Observations, Part C:
