[McIDAS #YXU-859602]: Can I recreate this radar map in McIDAS with a large GIF or JPEG file size?

Hi Gilbert,

Very good.

No, I haven't made any modifications to McIDAS on the COD system(s) in quite
some time.

FYI: the ADDE problem that you are likely referring to was the failure
to serve a small handful of the GINI images being sent in NOAAPort. After
a lot of searching and head scratching, I found and fixed the problem. I
implemented the code changes in the McIDAS installations on adde.ucar.edu
and adde.cise-nsf.gov. The last I knew, Paul was accessing adde.ucar.edu
for the GINI images.

I think so, yes. I can dig into this if it important to know.

Cheers,

Tom
