[THREDDS #GUS-597573]: NcML documentation missing



Hi Kevin!

Thanks for the pointer. I've updated the links to go to the correct place for
version 4.3. FYI, the most up-to-date docs for NcML will be found under
the URL I sent in the first message. If you run across any more broken links,
send them our way and we'll get it fixed.
