[python #NHC-140532]: Satellite reprojections

Greetings!

So here's what I see from our tries:

Works: Mac 10.15.3/4 Python 3.8 CartoPy 0.17
Works: Ubuntu 18 Python 3.6 CartoPy 0.16 (is this actually correct?)
Broken: Mac 10.15.2 Python 3.7 CartoPy 0.17

I also have tried Python 3.7 and CartoPy 0.17 and it works for me. Can you try
rebuilding your environment using all Conda?

I would love to see what you all are working on!

Ryan
