[python #WCJ-104515]: MetPy - Storm Tracking Information / Structure Information



Greetings!

So I replied on Gitter, but capturing here just as well. MetPy has 
azimuth_range_to_lat_lon--you only need to convert the x/y values to az/range 
values:

It would also be a good idea for us to do this work for the user when we 
improve the interface for the NEXRAD code. If you're interested, feel free to
