Small update - I setup a local TDS with the file as downloaded from
thredds.ucar.edu, and
I was not able to reproduce the problem. The indexing is at 36 or 56 files, so
hopefully
within the next 30 minutes or so we should be up and running again for the 0.5
degree
GFS. The 18Z is coming across the wire now (about 2/3 of the way done), so that
should
be ready to use when it all gets done reindexing.
