Andrew Fischer joined the UC San Diego Athletics Department in October 2021 as Assistant Director of Creative Video.

A 2018 graduate of Long Beach State, Fischer earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in photography. Prior to his appointment at UC San Diego, he worked as a freelance photographer and film maker, while also serving as a video production coordinator for Long Beach State Athletics. He also spent time as a freelance camera operator for KDOC-TV in Los Angeles and FOX Sports and worked as a brand ambassador for Catalyst Case.
