This fieldwork qualitative study is to explore the relationship between colour in the prison library with the juvenile delinquents emotional, psychology and interest. Data were collected using field interview with 20 male juvenile delinquents living in one of the correctional schools in Peninsular Malaysia. Our field interview has led us to conclude that the male juvenile delinquents are very interested in colours available in the library, especially with the library's collection of materials/books. The findings in this research are helpful in preparing the best prison library that can contribute to forming the perceptual space and will benefit the juvenile delinquents 'learning emotions, the process of thinking, psychological health and aesthetic conception

A qualitative survey was conducted among healthcare professionals using the Hospital Information System during the pandemic to explore the insight of HIS experience among users and identify scope and categories available for further detailed study. Specifically, this study explores the current practice of HIS, observing the policies and guidelines and to identify the challenges and its limitations. Six areas have been identified; system implementation, policy and guidelines, challenges, system advantages and disadvantages, and system characteristics.

Knowledge sharing is an element that contributes in knowledge management activities. The purpose of this study is to identify factors that encourage a knowledge sharing culture in government agency. Studies are made on literature of knowledge sharing research paper, case study, conceptual paper, general review that was written by the researcher in the topic interest. Essentially it is important in maintaining knowledge sharing in organizations with the commitment from the management. A good strategy planning must be done to ensure that knowledge sharing in government agency will be acknowledged.

This paper also presents the analysing of various best practice pragmatic examples policies, guidelines and models on recordkeeping functional requirements and data archiving. The result of the analysis leads to the analysis of the InterPARES Chain of Preservation (CoP) model and United Kingdom Data Archives (UKDA) Life Cycle model that underpin the construction of the generic model.

Many organizations (private or government) have invested heavily in knowledge management with the aim to build a knowledge capability and use it to achieve a competitive advantage. Research has shown, however, that not all knowledge management projects succeed. This paper has integrated studies on the impediments to knowledge management into a theoretical framework. Based on this framework First highlights the knowledge management itself. Secondly also included some scenarios raw situations and examples on the reasons and process, procedures and method on how to captured both tacit and explicit knowledge. This is also happened to Malaysia. Information that is producing not only in printed format but also in digital was giving big impact on the corporate memory. Corporate memory that is very important to better future development for every organization should be taking care. Preservation of corporate memory is seen as one of best method of handling it. However, the question is what kind of medium that we need to used? To answer this question, this paper was written to emphasize one of best medium to preserve corporate memory that is known as “Archive Records Management System”, (ARMS). Compare to others system in Malaysia, ARMS was seen as best medium to preserve the corporate memory. Therefore, this paper will discuss on how ARMS can work in preserving corporate memory. This is as an impact towards the development of digital era to the emerging of corporate memory.

Mainly, improving knowledge management within the museum organization including insiders and outsider is a first reason of the museum organization founded. Content Management System (CMS) has been used to manage the ancient data of museum today with aid of digital source of history, virtual museum to deliver to community in easy and interactive way. This case study explains the use of Content Management System as digital source of story and experience in museum organization. Focusing on historical center organization, Malacca Maritime Museum of Perbadanan Muzium Negeri Melaka (PERZIM). The information about the implementation of CMS within this historical institution was gained from official website of Perbadanan Muzium Negeri Melaka and an interview was conducted on one of staff who is teamed in Maritime Museum Department. The analysis was focused on the effectiveness of Content Management System with collaboration of virtual museum for historical center. Finally, based upon the findings, the recommendation will be suggested for the best type of knowledge management tool that needed in a museum organization to maximize the quality of work within teams and groups.

Knowledge Sharing (KS) is an activity in which knowledge consists of information, skills or exper... more Knowledge Sharing (KS) is an activity in which knowledge consists of information, skills or expertise possessed by an individual is shared among colleagues in the organization. As the organization is involved with a large number of employees that come from different backgrounds, it is very important for the Royal Malaysian Police (RMP) to standardize or to implement KS activities within the organization. With respect to this, a study was conducted to examine the relationships between KS and daily activities in RMPthrough five main factors: organizational culture, communication, management support, trust, and technology. A survey was conducted randomly among 265 respondents from RMP employees at Selangor Contingent Headquarters. Data analysis was performed to examine the correlation of the factors influencing KS. Results revealed that all of the five factors influencing KS were found to be significantly associated with daily activities in RMP Selangor Contingent Headquarters.

This paper presented the study on determining an empirical analysis of website efficiency and use... more This paper presented the study on determining an empirical analysis of website efficiency and user satisfaction conducted in Curtin Sarawak Library. A determination of website efficiency is related to the efficiency of web podium, online service and the steadiness of availability of web pages to the Curtin University and community. Using a survey approach, questionnaires are distributed based on the ten percent of the total population of Curtin University Sarawak. The participants consist of three hundred respondents, derived from various categories and level, including the staffs, students, and members of Faculty of Engineering until Faculty of Business and Humanities, and the professional staff as well. Through the analysis, the study resulted of the facts that, there are few elements require in delivering the website content towards the library users, regardless of their status. Besides, in terms of user satisfaction outcome, the website efficiency for the case of Curtin Sarawak Library is also evaluated. As an overall, this study shows that, the website efficiency and user satisfaction are recommended as elements that contributes in ensuring either the library website should be maintained as it is, or improved at any areas suggested.

This study aims to assess the EMR characteristics which could affect the healthcare profession's belief in accepting the usage of EMR in UiTM Medical Specialist Centre, Malaysia (UiTMMSC), Malaysia. Besides measuring the effectiveness of the system towards the organization's excellence, this study expected to guide the UiTMMSC management in structuring the initiatives to promote the EMR usage among the healthcare professions. The significant of this study is to ensure future research by expanding the similar topic of research with the exploration on specific EMR characteristics or healthcare profession's belief by focusing of particular programs for detail assessment.

As technology evolves, the tools to share knowledge have diversified. From just using the usual way of sharing information like discussion, distribution of documents via postage, sharing information via electronic media, social network or media is now trending as an information sharing tool. The research reviews the situation regarding the effectiveness of using social media as a knowledge-sharing tool in a government organization which is filled with red tapes, rules and regulations. Also included a brief conclusion and variety sources of references cited for better understanding and clear thoughtful.
