I used little Persian cucumbers because they are crispier, but you can use English or Japanese cucumbers as well. . Here is how I made it: . 1.Thinly slice 6 washed and dried Persian cucumbers. You can also use a mandolin here to make it go faster. . 2.Add thinly sliced Persian cucumbers to jar with a lid we’re going to add everything here and then give it all a shake. . 3.Add 1 or 2 fresh minced garlic cloves to the cucumbers. . 4.Dress it with 1 heaping tablespoon of velvety crunchy peanut butter (the crunchy peanut is key for crunchy), 3 tablespoo
