This week's Arts Section has a Chicago Jazz Festival Flavor.  We’ll profile a band that’s performing at the fest next Sunday.  What makes this ensemble "Noteworthy" is that it’s made up entirely of band directors and music teachers from the Chicago Public School system.  And we'll get some insight into how the 36th annual jazz festival was put together.
