The Top 99 Most Desirable Women is an annual list compiled by AskMen.com that ranks the year's most alluring females, based on votes cast by readers and staff and taking into account a number of criteria. Physical appeal alone does not secure a spot in the Top 99; the women on the list are there because they possess a combination of looks, intelligence and personality that set them apart.

Voting eligibility was restricted to staff and AskMen.com newsletter subscribers (over 250,000 votes were cast).
