AI = Artificial Intelligence (NPCs)

AKA = Also Known As

Alt = Player's alternate character (not their main one).

Avatar = Virtual character in image form.

Bait = Act to bring out another player or NPC.

BBIAB = Be Back In A Bit.

Bind = Equipment that you permanently bind to a character.

BRB = Be Right Back.

BRT = Be Right There.

BTW = By The Way.

Buff = Spell cast that increases a players stats/health.

Bug = Error / glitch

Caster = Player that casts spells.

Charm = Act of turning something into your friend to fight on your side.

Class = A specific type of character role or profession in game.

Combat Pet = An in game NPC you control.

Corpse Camping = A disgraceful tactic used other player to kill someone as soon as they respawn after dying.

Corpse Run = Running back to your dead corpse in game.

Debuff = Spells that weakens by lowering their stats.

DMG = Damage

DnD = Do Not Disturb.

DOT = Damage Over Time.

DPS = Damage per second.

Duel = Two players fight each other.

Emotes = Form of expressing how you feel in the game via in game commands, for example waving.

Exploit = Taking advantage of a glitch in the game in order to take an advantage.

Farming = Killing and remaining in one zone or area time and time again to gain experience or loot.

FFA = Free For All.

FYI = For Your Information.

Gank = The act of killing a character that is of lower strength, for the purpose of causing them damage.

GG = Good Game or Good Going.

GL = Good Luck.

GM = Game Master.

Grats = Congratulations.

Guild = An group of players who agree to play together with organization.

HoT = Heal Over Time

HP = Hit Points.

IMO = In my opinion.

INC = Incoming.

Instance = A special location where only you or friends to do battle.

INT = Intellect. The stat that determines how much mana your character has and how you learn.

JK = Just kidding.

KoS = Kill on Sight. The aggro state of between an NPC and a PC of opposing factions.

Lag = Internet connection problems that cause your game to slow.

Leveling = The process of gaining experience and progressing through the game.

LFG = Looking for Group.

LFM = Looking for More.

LMAO = Laughing My Ass Off.

LOL = Laugh out loud.

LOM = Low On Mana.

Loot = Any items left on a mob after you kill it.

LOS = Line Of Sight.

lvl = Level.

MMORPG = Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game.

Noob = A new player.

Ninja = To loot quickly.

NP = No Problem.

NPC = Non=Player Characters.

NVM = Never mind.

OMG = Oh My God.

OMW = On my way.

OOC = Out Of Character.

PC = Player character.

PPL = People.

PST = Please Send Tell.

PvE = Player vs Environment

PvP = Player versus player.

RL = Real Life.

ROFL = Rolling On Floor Laughing.

RP = Role=Playing.

Spawns = The process of mobs appearing when they are created in the world.

Tank = Heavy armor player that goes in front to take damage.

Taunt = Aggravate an NCP to attack.

XP = Experience Points.
