Selling more than 4.5 million standard-def units and destroying previous records with 100,000 HD DVDs sold on its first day of release, Transformers continues to dominate with audiences world wide. Additionally, having move more than 190,000 units in its first week alone, the HD DVD release is now the fastest and best-selling week one release on either high definition format as well as the best selling HD DVD ever.
