Career Resources

Career Advising

In addition to the resources available from OU Law's Office of Professional and Career Development (OPCD), SATJ student coordinators are available to review resumes and advise students pursuing a public interest career. For information, contact Professor Elizabeth Bangs at etbangs@ou.edu.

Public Interest and Pro Bono Fair

Many connections are initiated at SATJ's annual Public Interest and Pro Bono Career Fair, held each spring at the law school. The fair offers local public interest organizations and government agencies a chance to distribute informational materials, collect resumes and conduct informal interviews of prospective student volunteers, while providing students seeking law clerk positions with the opportunity to learn about many different agencies and opportunities.

Other Career Resources

  • Students are encouraged to register with the OPCD database management system, Symplicity (opens in a new window), where they can access all job postings and career services.
  • Many post-graduate opportunities are advertised on PSLawNet at http://pslawnet.org (opens in a new window).
