In order for to do it, they have to have someminimal income (must be insreased through social redistribution = taxes). The art is supported by a few. The artist never was rich; s/he becomes rich, when crosses the border into CULTURE. Then the product has to become mass product and has to be mass-produced. Number One US export is entertainment. Yes, the music, TV programs, movies... Why?or other my groups of interest!You all heard the catch phraze "Information Technology" -- what does it mean?

So, what do we produce today?
The movie "Titanic" earned over one billion dollars. What is this "product"? What is sold and what do we buy? What do we pay for?
The advertizing gurus say that they sell "dreams"! But could the emotions be a comodity?
Film = Theatre + Art + Music
The biggest question is why should we "study" art? Are there any practical results and benefits for me in it?
Feelings & Thoughts Maybe we should ask why does art exist?The concept of "entertainment" is extremely popular. We ready to agree that we learn nothing from the movies. We go there to relax, we do not ask and get no message...
Wrong. Our cosmology is formed by the movies to a greater dergree than the Greeks were shaped by their myths. Technology allows us to experience day-dreaming -- and how much do we aware of the message in our dreams? Freud insisted that the dreams are nothing but the suppressed messages. Our fear, hopes, wishes, needs...
Entertainment is the biggest US export -- what is the product? You and me, we.
Economics: production of ideas and advanced technology for manufacturing it. The word is not the most effective -- reading your mind is! I'll show what I see. You can what I see. In fact, you can have the same dreams... finally, we can share our dreams!
