QLStephen is an Apple OSX QuickLook plugin that lets you view plain text files without a file extension. It is useful for reading files like:

• README
• INSTALL
• CHANGELOG
• Makefile
• Rakefile
• CapFile

These are files that the default QuickLook plugins doesn't handle. It was built to scratch an itch, as I was finding that quicklook is useful for searching through source before I installed new programs, and the first file I would want to see, the README was the only file I coudn't. QLStephen solves that.
