5つ星のうち5.0 It is my personal recommendation to everyone working in a startup
Amazonで購入The book is really rich. It reviews all the literature about lean startups and make them actionable through suggested measurements. It is detailed enough to discuss different moments of each startup and as well different business models. Finally, it gives readers benchmarks.
Highly highly recommend it!

5つ星のうち5.0 Key Metrics of 6 core business models well explained and well structured!
Amazonで購入[book:Lean Analytics: Use Data to Build a Better Startup Faster|16033602]
This book is one of the must read books for any technical or even non technical entrepreneur, business owner, product managers, marketing managers.
The whole books value proposition is within the realm of technical products, however the concepts learnt will fine tune the brain to understand non technical MSME business models too.
The author in the early chapters of the books gives the basic concepts of metrics, such as what makes a good metric?, qualitative vs quantitative metric, vanity vs real metrics, exploratory vs reporting metrics, leading vs lagging metrics, correlated vs causal metrics, segments, cohorts, A/B Testing, Multivariate analysis.
Getting some grasp on these concepts the book core value proposition is to introduce the 6 majors business models(note: not business plans) which are prevalent in tech products. The authors introduce key metrics for each of these 6 business models and their respective lines in the sand(probable benchmarks in that particular business model). All this information is pure gold to first time readers. Mid Level to Seasoned Product managers would have been got introduced to these metrics in the career life cycle, nonetheless its a great read for them too, to structure their metric mental models.
These six business models are:
1. Ecommerce
2. SaaS subscription based
3. Freemium Model- Free Mobile App
4. Freemium Model- Media Site
5. User Generated Content with ads platforms
6. Two Sided or Multisided Market Places
Case studies that replicate or belong to a certain business model are explained all along the book to make it a deep dive!
This book is the extension of Lean Startup by Eric Reis where the "Measure" aspect has been zoomed in, along the Build--> Measure--> Learn Feedback Loop.
The Book also has a great segment on the Stages of Product Life Cycle which the author in their terminology have segmented them into Empathy--> Stickiness--> Virality--> Revenue and --> Scale. Just this information or knowledge itself can become a book in itself. The concepts of Customer Development, Product Discovery have been elaborated here. These concepts have also been discussed in books such as Continuous Discovery Habits by Teresa Torres, 4 Steps to Epiphany, The Mom Test etc.
I have rated this book a 5 out of 5 stars for being a complete well structured book.
