Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA)
Visitors seeking assistance from our Public Contact Team are encouraged to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment on VERA.

Public Contact Office Open
Our Public Contact office is open Monday through Friday from 9am-2:30pm to help Veterans and family members with no appointment needed.
In addition, we have staff at the Raymond G. Murphy VA Medical Center on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. They're located in the Eligibility department by the main entrance.
