The forecast calls for an increased chance for above average rainfall northeastern Zambia, western and southern Tanzania, Malawi, northern and central Mozambique, west coast Madagascar, along portions of east coast South Africa and over the central areas, western Botswana, and southwestern Angola. There is an increased chance for below average rainfall over northeastern South Africa, northern Namibia, and southwestern Angola.
