D. Adeline Yeh

Introduction

D. Adeline Yeh is a research agricultural economist in the Crops Branch of the Market and Trade Economics Division at the Economic Research Service (ERS).

Background

Adeline joined ERS in June 2021 after completing her Ph.D. study. Her research focuses on issues in specialty crops, including sustainable pest management, pathogen-tested planting materials, consumer demand for fruits and vegetables, as well as other extension-oriented outputs. Prior to her doctoral study, she worked on the computable general equilibrium modeling team at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) in Washington D.C.

Education

Adeline received her Ph.D. and M.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University, and her B.S. in Agricultural Economics from National Taiwan University.

Adeline is a member of the Agricultural and Applied Economics Association (AAEA).
