By the time that | has finished its run (Te Papa, now; Auckland Art Gallery, over summer; later, according to the press release, ‘beyond' that) a good many people will be (re)acquainted with the artist's career. The show is so compelling that a good proportion of those visitors will be inspired to invest in the book of the same name at the gift shop on the way out, futureproofing their desire to relive their gallery experience, and ensuring the opportunity to reconnect with White and her work beyond the variable limits of memory.
