      Introduction – There is something interesting about employers in today’s economy…

      Yes, there is something very interesting about employers in today’s economy.  When the economic downturn hit in 2008, companies began downsizing just to stay alive.  They furloughed and laid off or fired a good many employees and by doing this, they placed the job duties of the departing workers squarely on the backs of employees that remained aboard.

      But then something really interesting began occurring late in 2012 and 2013.  Economic conditions improved and these very same companies began making money again but guess what?  These very same companies began to realize that they DID NOT NEED the employees that they had released and so they were never hired back.

      If that isn’t a hit and a half on everybody’s’ butt then I don’t know what is!  They stayed alive by releasing employees and placing the departing job duties on the employees that remained but then as their balance sheets improved, they ignored the employees they had released and continued to expect the existing employees that were not laid off to continue doing multiple jobs.  AMAZING!

      And you wonder why the unions got so big!!!

      This book understands the current employment trends and the need for people to earn a living.  It will teach and describe in detail how to become an independent freelancer and work from home by accessing a ton of resources I give you in this book.
