STOP You Don't Need An Attorney
()
About this ebook
Law firms are good at scaring you into thinking you need an attorney. Meanwhile, insurance companies are good at telling you that you don't, while they offer a settlement that is usually much less than you should accept. Who is right? The truth is somewhere in the middle. Some cases definitely need an attorney, but most cases require little more than glorified secretarial work. The value that an attorney adds to the equation in such cases is captured in this book, along with guidance for how to process the secretarial work. You will do better than the initial offer from the insurance company. Simple math shows that even if an attorney got the insurance company to pay even more, that doesn't necessarily mean more money in your pocket. Their 33.33% fee is pretty steep! Example: In a typical case that settles for $25,000, the attorney will take about $8,000, leaving you $17,000. Even if you settle for $20,000, that's three thousand more dollars in your pocket, for about 10 hours of work, on average ($300/hr). Not a bad payday! But this book also points out when you do need a lawyer. So even if you already know you need a lawyer, this book will help you get the absolute best result from that relationship.
Juris Prudence
Juris Prudence is a fake name. I work in the legal industry. If I used my real name, I'd be fired for exposing how easy it is to manage your own claim and get a decent settlement. Again, there are definitely situations where you NEED an attorney and situations where an attorney can definitely add value. However, most accidents with injuries cases do not require any more knowledge than is provided in my book. Whether you need an attorney or not, my book will help you. It will pay for itself many times over. Don't let an attorney scare you into letting them handle your claim. Get the inside scoop and save thousands that you can put right in YOUR pocket.

You have made a wise decision to take control of your car wreck injury claim!
Whether or not you end up hiring a lawyer, this document will help you:
• put more money in your pocket
• speed your restoration of health
• resolve your claim more quickly
This document’s primary focus is on how to handle your claim without a lawyer. For the vast majority of accidents with injuries, you simply don’t need one.
First, three VERY IMPORTANT THINGS.
1) If you are injured and haven’t been to see a doctor or gone to the Emergency Room, do so immediately! This is crucial for ensuring you get fair compensation for your injuries.
2) If you are asked to give a recorded statement by your insurance company or someone else’s, DON’T DO IT! You don’t have to. Don’t let them trick you or guilt you into it. Just say, Not now.
3) Your wrecked car is property damage. It is treated differently and distinctly from your injuries. Don’t ever put more emphasis and energy into addressing property damage. Doing so would signal to the defendant’s insurance adjuster that your injuries must not be as big an issue.
Get to a Doctor!

Talk to doctors and other staff with precision and keep your best interests in mind. THEY ARE CREATING A DOCUMENT THAT WILL BE USED IN YOUR CASE. For example, if they ask you to rate your
