About this ebook
Personal income, medical insurance required by the government, social security taxes withheld, and any other Federal government mandated withholding are TAXES on the excise or your income from whatever source derived. NOW, here's where the IRS-Treasury snookers you. They let you decide on "From whatever source derived (defined) a la 16th amendment to the constitution, and you screw up...allowing it to be your gross income in your mind...not in any legal sense whatsoever. You've screwed your self, and don't know it. Some even pat themselves on their back claiming they paid their "fair share". NEAT. Well, there's a REMEDY, and it's demanding the government refund everything withheld using IRS form 4852...included in your yearly form 1040 filing. NEVER include your gross income in your filings...Always ZEROS. It's that simple. Your company doesn't know anything about it and doesn't care, and furthermore your employer has to deduct withholdings as a matter of law...he's purchased a privilege...aka permission of the Federal government to do business, and He-She withholds whatever they want or the government shuts them down...unless they discover IRS form 4852 to get all their money back.

Preface
The Federal income tax laws are correct according to the constitution as far as the Supreme Court and tax law practicing attorneys are concerned. The Treasury Department via their collection agency, the Internal Revenue Service have passed muster in every law suit brought against the government and they somehow manage to win or get the law suit dismissed. And again, the litigants never know why and may face prison for their uninformed attempt to escape paying their just share
of the tax burden placed upon them.
This book will shed some light on the seminal facts that protect the government and the litigants how their informed knowledge can help them to truly avoid paying some Federal taxes to the treasury each year they file their mandatory returns known as forms 1040, 1040X, 1040EZ, 4852 etc. and their required information forms. The knowledge required of the tax preparer is to know the U.S. constitution, and all the Supreme Court and District Court decisions that detail the requirements for defining what is taxable and what is not taxable.
Many litigants have filed law suits claiming the thirteenth amendment was never passed according to the constitution, and those fellows earned some prison time for their efforts as a Federal court ruled otherwise. They ran into the court decisions already made that their case overlooked. Another litigant claimed the tax codes listed all the occupations that were exempt from withholding taxes, and he and his wife spent some time in prison for lack of court cases that agreed with them. A third case involved using only the form 1040 without any IRS form 4852 that challenged the withholding records sent by an employer to the IRS. Thus, they spent some time in prison for their incompleteness. You have to have proof for everything that claims otherwise than what’s demanded on ALL government forms. This is not a game, and the government will punish you severely if you lose in court.
So, this book is divided into several sections that are germane to the subject of the individual income taxes and their returns, if any. This book is organized as follows:
1. The constitution, and its true meaning of the 16th amendment.
2. Case law of the Supreme Court and Federal District court decisions. Filing correct forms required by regulation to avoid lawsuits are not fun.
Prologue
Astral Traveling:
An out-of-body experience (OBE or sometimes OOBE)
Astral Travelling in the New World
The concept of Astral Travelling
in the New World is often associated with dreaming of what may happen if one was enraptured in a personal plan of events that may have happened outside, or did happen within one’s direct experience in life when inventing an entirely new kind of government by an association of free thinkers…basically an idealistic creation of freedom in a multi-cultural society…slaves not included.
So, let’s take a small trip down Astral Lane in the New World. First of all, the astral dreamers are a collection of free thinkers called, for names sake, the Founding Fathers
of this adventure. They bandied about their ideas on many, if not all the basic laws to make the idealistic plan reach fruition. One must be idealistic to conceptualize any such social structure…pure fantasy, but that’s OK on Astral Lane. Indeed, it is a fundamental requirement. We’ll call our transcriptions The Federalist Papers
. The origin of the writings began with psychological stress experienced by the dreamers by an outside source who demanded the dreamers experience only subservient positions of being economic slaves and the dreamers demanded freedom, liberty, equality, and a fair system of justice for all.
Some of the members of this astral group took on names such as Alex Hamilton, Sam Adams, Jim Madison, et al. There was a trouble-maker, which every group must have, named Tom Paine, who loved to rabble rouse for idealistic causes. He was gifted in knowing how the common folk
thought, and could express their feelings in his notes to the group, that became published for local consumption.
All HELL broke out when the Astral Travelers found their ideas became a real threat to their real life adversaries, who clamped down on them and messed with their pleasant journey down Astral Lane. A real war broke out after several mild skirmishes erupted in New England. They were going to be punished by the superior power of the military regime calling the shots over the dreamers at the behest of the foreign masters. (Seems familiar, doesn’t it?). After the unpleasantness of the Revolutionary War
was over, the astral travelers were stuck with forming a social contract with the ordinary citizens
of this new political entity, which called themselves The United States of America
, as every state, which joined in the fisticuffs against the masters called their own independence from one another. However, foreign investors were upset they weren’t getting their money back plus interest, so they threatened to invade the newly independent states if they didn’t pay their debts for waging war against their masters.
What to do, what to do was the basic thoughts of the day. No one state wanted to foot the many bills for military services and supplies, for they knew the investors meant business. The various state representatives got together and drafted a new document called The Northwest Ordinance
that preserved the states individuality, which was an ego trip for each state to fumble through. Thus, the new nation was called The United States
, a corporate structure that appeased the foreign investors and bound the independent states to accept the debts of the United States of America. Thus another war, funded by international investors was avoided. The name did not include the former description United States of America, for that was
