From the flagrant typos to the misguided and overly simplistic exercises, one begins to wonder if Sally has ever met a teen suffering from anxiety. One starts to hope she has not, because the idea that this person has ever served as the therapist to someone struggling with mental health is panic inducing, considering she does not seem to be able to expend enough energy to proof read this obvious cash grab and pathetic excuse for a workbook, much less to practice impactful psychology. It’s insulting to the readers’ intelligence, which renders it completely ineffective and borderline dangerous as the helpful workbook it parades around as.
