ABOUT THE AUTHOR
R obbie Daniels, born John Robert Daniels Jr., in the small town of Dyersburg, Tennessee is known for many things. A loving husband, father, and at times has been regarded in his small town as the karaoke king
by many of his peers. Having earned a bachelor’s degree in business, a degree in electronics, extreme disc jockey, actor, writer, comic, and too many other skill sets to mention, Robbie will always be remembered as a funny man with many faces.
This is my second book followed by the post-apocalyptic thriller THEM!!, which sold numerous copies. Due to a strong peer demand for me to write a sequel to THEM, I started writing again but then became obsessed with writing this non-fiction book first. My peers often found themselves engulfed deep in my chronicles of individual accounts of the strange and sometimes occultist situations that my family has experienced. I eventually overcame the urge to tell people about my real life experiences and share them here with you. I know that some of you do not believe in the occult or a dark side but my family experienced everything written in this book! You will surely wonder how we survived it all.
If you are not afraid of the dark, you soon will be!
I always contend that I am not a writer; I just seem to keep on writing.
Robbie
PREFACE
W arning for the faint of heart! Whether or not you believe in the supernatural, I, 100% assert this book contains actual accounts and events that have personally happened to me and my family. I am positive that it will send goose bumps over your body and send shivers down your spine even if you are not a believer!
I started the book while still living in the house so you will experience some of the events as they unfolded.
Please don’t read this if you feel darkness bounds to those who introduce it into their lives. It was extremely hard to put these words on paper and none of my family will read this book due to the memories. With that disclaimer out of the way, and if you like to read unnatural true phenomena, enjoy.
WELCOME
TO MY
NIGHTMARES!
INTRODUCTION
T his book is from real life events that have encapsulated my life. Everything you read here is real and has personally happened to me and my family during the course of my life.
I wrote this for you, the avid reader who always feels a burning and yearning for a mind flip. These incidents are sure to make the hairs on your neck stand up and let you know that you are not alone…even when you are alone.
My family members refuse to read this book as they tell me they don’t want to relive the events. I want to share them with you so that you can know that there are entities watching us every day and exactly what they did to my family.
I hope you enjoy this book and make sure to stop every once in a while to check and see if a little bit of me has maybe attached itself from this book to you!
IS IT NIGHT TIME YET?
W ow! Almost 50! I am so amazed that I’m almost a half century old! My kids laughed really hard today when I made a remark to them that I was half a decade old. That’s because I had finally lost my mind and coughed out decade instead of century. It took my rugrats only a couple of seconds to have me standing corrected. As I tried to make a wandering attempt to act like I said what I said on purpose, I slowly turned my head to see the two pairs of eyes peering at me from behind the headrest of the front seat of my pickup truck. They were definitely enjoying the fact that in that particular moment even though they were both barely in their teen years, they were instructing their elder. As I accepted my correction with a small sense of dignity, I kept thinking how lucky to be my current age after all the things I’ve dealt with in my life. I have always contended that I was like everyone else in the fact that I understand that everyone has problems growing up as they deal with puberty, adolescence within their teen years then as they move into adulthood, manage somehow to find that special someone to settle down with, have kids, lock down a job and then just work towards retirement. But with all that being said, so far my life has been the perfect script for a pamphlet on what not to do to live a stable life
.
Then there’s the part of me that is reserved because if you could have video recorded all the details in between the progressive states of my life then you would see the dark pieces that sometimes still keep me awake at night. Well, it’s not just the pieces of memories that keep me up, it’s sometimes the night creepies.
I plan on taking you down my twisted road with creations of the visions and spectacles that I have seen from my early years all the way to now.
I am an avid fan of social media and admit I get caught up in the stories that I know are fake and the ones where people are experiencing the same sort of things that my family and I have experienced in the past. I have even been as bold as to tell the story tellers to not make fun of what they are experiencing because once you take the road of poking fun at evil, you better grab the handlebars, close your eyes and wish for the best!
This is a true story. I have always joked with folks about them from time to time as they make good conversation pieces but I promise you they are real and happened just the way I am going to tell you. I’m sitting in my den right now and my eyes are getting teary to the point that I just had to brush them clean with my hands. You see this den is where whatever has been following me all my life now lives, watches and torments me and my family.
Whether you believe me or not, you should have just saw the look on my wife’s face as she read the first page. Although reluctant due to her memories of the events in which she was a victim, I made her read it out loud because I wanted her to remember the feelings and feel what I felt as soon as I started typing. She just asked me to please stop writing about it so we wouldn’t stir up anything. She has decided to not read anymore as she wants to leave these memories to rest. She is strong but events like the ones headed your way will make way more sense after you live them with us here.
I let her know that I just couldn’t just forget the memories and that I needed to put them into words so that we would never forget them and that maybe putting them on paper would give me some relief of the subtle images that keep re-occurring a few days up to a few nights a month. I assured her that we would be ok as we have been fine so far. She let out that well known wifely grunt and whisked away to her dungeon
as I call it so that she can view the daily charismatic and effervescent moves of all the dancers on the dancing with the stars television show she so admires. Before closing her door (which is in the den where you will hear a lot about in the following pages), she gives me an unpleasant look as if she wishes
