This book is good for all those people who tend to procrastinate and keep all work for the last moment.
There are exercises if followed can achieve great results and change our behavior 360 degree.
The day we start to see good in everything we will stop procrastinating.
Would request everyone to at least read this book once in their lifetime as humans we all tend to procrastinate at some point of our career.

If you’re suffering from the effects of chronic procrastination, this book is for you. Procrastination is a habit that has developed over time, and has become so natural to you that you feel trapped in its vices.

According to researchers, procrastination is defined as the practice of putting off impending tasks to a later time, even when such practice results in counter-productive and needless delay. Procrastination can be further defined as the state of acting against all common sense or judgment.

The author is not a professional therapist and does not have a degree in psychology. What the author does have are fifty years of life experience that can assist you in building the greatest version of yourself.

Procrastination is the act of putting off a task that requires immediate gratification, in favor of a more distant future goal. The gap between the present and the future can cause you to discount the value of the reward of completing a goal, which means the motivational value of the goal will be reduced.

You must wipe away past guilt for all the days you’ve lost because of procrastination, and lean into self-forgiveness. You will succeed by showing up to play, even if it means losing most days. You will show up to learn, even if it means working longer days.
