2-What is self- esteem?
Self-esteem refers to a person's entire personal sense of personal worth or value. To look at it another way, self-esteem is just how much you appreciate and like yourself independent of your circumstances. Your self-esteem is influenced by a range of factors, including: Self-confidence a feeling of security Identity is a sense of belonging.
4-Can bullying or abuse cause low self-esteem?
Defining bulling
Bullying is a pattern of aggressive behavior in which a person in a position of power actively intimidates, abuses, or coerces another person with the goal of gaining power of physically or emotionally harming that person.
Bullying can take many forms, including physical and verbal attacks. During adolescence, as social skills are refined and adults emerge, many young people can be cruel to one another.
The brain of an abused or neglected child have a substantial impact on a person's quality of life as an adult.
Trauma and memory, in either event, tragedy is rarely completely forgotten. Even if they don't fully realize what happened, survivors tend to remember at least some details of awful situations. According to research, you're more likely to remember circumstances that you've experienced more than once. Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can develop as a result of childhood trauma later in life.
Negative or wrong thinking must be challenged. Test the accuracy of your original views because they might not be the only way to look at a situation. Examine your viewpoint to see if it is supported by facts and logic, or if there are alternative possible explanations for the issue.
- Don't compare yourself against others.
When you compare yourself to others, you lose sight of your own effort. All you can think about is how quickly you are seeing results versus the other one.
It's inconvenient and can lead to bad practices. It's a Roller-Coaster Ride Comparing Yourself to Others: When you compare yourself to others, your self-worth is thrown around by their thoughts, words, and actions.
Abuse of drugs and alcohol: One of the most common kinds of self-destructive conduct is substance misuse. It can easily develop to addiction, have a detrimental impact on relationships, and derail career chances. It can also lead to a variety of physical and mental health issues.

1-What are thoughts?
People have between 45,000 and 51,000 thoughts per day, according to studies. That works up to between 150 to 300 thoughts every second. According to studies, the bulk of people's thoughts are negative 80 percent of the time.
We've been told that many of these 51,000 thoughts are sub-conscious
thoughts, meaning they exist outside of our conscious awareness. In actuality, affirmations bring your subconscious thoughts to the surface.
Affirmations help you become more aware of your thoughts. When you start thinking positive thoughts consciously, you become more aware of the negative thoughts that are continuously threatening to take control.
In fact, it's a fascinating occurrence. It illustrates what your mother always warned you about: be careful what you believe, because what you think is what you get. She was basically telling you that what you think about is what you produce. Your thoughts can be destructive if you aren't aware of them. And failing to be aware of your thoughts might lead to a dangerous downward spiral.
As a result, if you think harmful thoughts, you'll cause yourself to think even more harmful thoughts. This isn't going to help you get out of your predicament. Affirmations have the power to transform everything! Affirmations help you become more aware of your thoughts. To affirm something means to state it in a positive light. It implies to make a forceful declaration and affirm the truth of something.
Affirmations are utterances that affirm that something you want to be true is true.
Here are some affirmations that you can use:
• I'm a money mogul
• My mind is clear, concentrated, and energized
• I'm a success in all I do
• I feel satisfied, healthy, and terrific
• Everything seems just so right
They gradually replace any limiting or damaging views you may have about yourself or your ability to do anything with positive thoughts and beliefs that promote self-confidence, belief, positivity, and ambition, among other things. Someone who is shy or insecure might say affirmations about being confident over and over. They'd like to transition from being cautious and introverted to becoming more confident and outspoken, so they'd make use of fortunate circumstances. affirmations and recite them over and over. And soon, they'd sink in, and the positive self-talk would start to become a self-fulfilling prophecy. You have the ability to harness the power of positive repetition for your own benefit! Positive affirmations regain control of your mind and the information it receives.
Having said that not everyone in the world had a nurturing mother or family. More people what we can even imagine has suffered abuse whether it was a parent an uncle, a friend at school or even bullying So, in this case and if this mistreatment is not dealt with, the mind becomes negative and everything around it. The end result is low self-esteem.
