      it is difficult to say because i am also experiencing the same things everyday, but we need to remember the program is done by people who are sick.they want quick cash and benefits and have no alternative but to join the snakes, they can damage my assets i dont care what i know is that they can never control my life, they cannot give me stress and i am always happy and that frustrate them. they are just weak penniless people who dont have much to do. They pour oil on my clothes on the line daily. smoke harassment, useless happy slapping, they are just bored and hungry

    Introduction

    CLOSURE: This to me may be the turn of another page to what has been an interesting, enlightening and ever evolving journey into an unintended fork in my real-life story – my writer’s chapter. Although much of it came about by these mostly unintended circumstances. Hidden forces have been intentionally interfering with my life pushing aside many of my rights. It seems however that there necessarily must be a conclusion to this imitation because for me it is all too real. The goal of course is passing conclusions on to anyone else looking for them. Once again, this book is written in the first person for the average Targeted Individual (TI). Assuming in advance you aren’t an international spy. The DIY aspect of all of this although relatively simple – seems to be the hardest point to get across… Much of this I believe is because of intellect good or bad leading to over or under thinking. And although it is relatively easy, almost everyone seems convinced that it has to be harder and more technical. Of course, it can be if we want it to be, but it isn’t that hard to use your mind and simple methods. To be honest, if I did it then so can many of you…

    While skimming through some emails and postings today in different online forums on the subject it all seems so very nostalgic. Does targeting or organized harassment really exist? And if so why would anyone target you? Well, obviously to me it does exist and although I don’t believe everyone that says it’s happening to them - it’s happening to many people. But how do I know this? I’m writing about this, precisely because of what I’ve experienced for a very long time, others have written about and observation. The why my conclusion is, that most countries by default have become de-facto police states. As we currently see around the world, the goal is total micromanaged control of certain populations – including ours. Control of everything is the very nature of totalitarianism; like old NAZI Germany. Why then are so many of us not affected or don’t see it? Beside the fact that so many of us are beneficiaries of it, so many others draw attention to ourselves. We are most often not even aware that we do and yet others do nothing to draw attention and are still targeted. Lastly many people do see it but are controlled; because they’re aligned with the same beliefs. Like I said control is the very nature of the police state-empire.

    Unlike the first two installments of the Circle of Snakes series I am going to try to dance lightly and figuratively with some methods and processes of actions. Not wanting to keep important info from you guys and also not wanting any more troubles with the laws. It’s sometimes a hard line to balance. I’m sure that none of those aligned with or doing the targeting want you to believe there’s a way out. And they definitely don’t want anyone saying it, "but in many cases there is!

    A lot of events happened between my first book and now. Many people lost their jobs and others ended in prison. My targeting stopped and many readers learned and will continue learning. No one is helpless.

    Circle of Snakes Four; EXPOSED – The Dichotomy of Light title caught my interest as a science writer, mostly also by accident of circumstances. My interest in the science initially began very young with an instance of an actual unexplainable low altitude multi-colored luminous cloud… Which I’ve written about in popular magazine articles. Also which thinking back from that moment led me to a deep lifelong searching and thoughts of explanations for resolution. Science for the most part is where it led and where I looked, but to be thorough, I also looked for alternatives. Lots of reading is where I found myself and simple questions led to many more. So since I love science so much, you could say I ended at the beginning or began at the end in this case.

    Even just this statement brings me to a profound realization of how easily I can lose sight of my intentions for an easy to understand book. One thing I did learn after the last couple books was how intellectually diverse we are. And since we all of us want answers, why me? Why out of everyone I met in TI-world did I seem to get results? Many people get results but most are usually for other crimes. My goal would have to be then to help change all of our thinking and our investigative techniques for better conclusions. Some of us I find are super-smart (much smarter than me) and others – well? But even then I found that even the smartest in my eyes often can’t seem to see clearly enough. Not for this charade… See, my second partial subtitle is Exposed. Part of the Dichotomy of Light is the exposure as in that you can bring gradients of light to the truth. You can escape…

    When I first found myself being targeted like most of you, I too had no clue. Once again science is where I turned to or at least using the same investigative technique/criteria of critical thinking. One thing I did want to mention is the science of the word dichotomy is also a synonym of the word duality. It is also in the subtitle of this fourth book… Also importantly I mean it to mean different ways of not only looking at but also seeing things. Another added benefit you might ponder is how you see the light. – Bobby T

    Chapter 1

    It All Begins and Ends with Science

    The path to the way out, begins with your thinking… Is it really all that simple and or again just another profound statement? Well for me it was personally all really deducible to often simple science. Everything from the very beginning revolved around observations leading to deeper questions and which needed deeper solutions. But unlike many others, I never really took much nonsensical (nonsense) observations for face value. I knew strange things were happening around me, but I always usually saw them as for what they were – not right. Like the supposed car accident coming home after a gig I told you about in my first book; bodies on the side of the highway side by side aligned in the center grass median – already covered - having toe tags? As a teen musician that was one of the first times I started to link the strangeness to something more than unusual; something more sinister or nefarious and organized. Since of course all the usual emergency vehicles were also on the scene a bigger picture began to start to emerge.

    Why did I always see connecting dots to falsified scenes? But it was already happening even before that. Was it just me or was something purposeful happening? Why were things appearing so readily that were obviously meant to appear to be covert? To many passing a seemingly simple car accident would be passed off as just that. Not even taking more than a curious notice in most cases. Leading to that point and including it were numerous odd prior events that I never put together. And even to this day and including the original light in the sky anomaly I wrote about in articles. There were many things I have never been able to explain. But some things are just too obvious. So where do we begin? Well, I suppose we already did…

    Many in our circles want answers and so many of us through no fault of our own are finding hard answers for mostly simple problems. Don’t get me wrong, if you look for mysterious hard problems you will find them and you’ll also find hard solutions too. I’m saying that many times you’ll find what you’re looking for! Often you’ll even find things that aren’t there or you’re not looking for. Like things that can’t be explained at all and with me I’ve had my share so when I’ve exhausted my efforts, I don’t try. I’ll be the first to admit it though. Some things just aren’t part of our story. Like the science, and knowing the difference is everything.
