50 Simple Happy Tips - Noah Shelton
1. What are the processes to attain happiness?
Everyone craves a life full of happiness. What is the formula of living happily? Is this an abstract idea?
The idea of happiness can be best described by Einstein’s Theory of Relativity. When most of the things around you go on perfect order, you feel good. A heavenly bliss is felt to see there is no trouble in life.
The best way to see things go on perfectly is to make things being done by our own. We must take responsibility of all the actions which somehow are related to us. To escape from the reality of taking burden in shoulder would momentarily make one successful, providing short happiness, but in the long run one suffers when a bigger challenge appears. Stepping up to accept the challenges is not a heroic exploit. It is the duty of human being when the question is about existence.
We should stop pointing finger to other for our own actions; we must be fit to take responsibility of what we did.
We must avoid anger. Anger makes us down in the process of attaining happiness. Frustration is the biggest enemy towards the path of success. Once we fail, we may not give up; success must be achieved and happiness must be attained.
2. Creation of new things and appreciation for that makes us feel happy.
Creation of anything new is always joyful. We are possessed with vast intelligence. We have the capability of creating something new. Whether it is a product or an idea exists in this world, only we have created it. Life on earth has been improving with the practical use of these things. Just imagine you have created such a new one and brought benefit to the life of other people! Won’t it be a wonderful idea?
What can we create? Do not bother to go for something very unique. Just concentrate on those which exist. Renovate them; use them for the betterment of
