About this ebook
Elizabeth Frigard
Elizabeth Frigard is the author of Thursday Afternoon, a collection of her poems published in 2023, and is the founder of The Poetry Workshop, Heralding the Unlimited Potential of Poetry, through which she led workshops in the MetroWest and Boston area of Massachusetts, and in Tucson Arizona. Her website preachinggreen.com focuses on the appreciation and preservation of our Natural World. Beth received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Russell Sage College in Troy, New York and earned a Masters of Divinity from Andover Newton Theological School. She is Ordained in the United Church of Christ. After many wonderful years living in Holliston, Massachusetts, Beth moved to Tucson, Arizona. She now calls her “hometown” of Elmira, New York, once again home. From Thursday Afternoon Chamber Maid The bee noses into yellow linen burrows into fragrant bedding lifts the prize and leaves her line of purpose so tight and straight she could hang her tiny soul upon it. Does she see the beauty of the dance or is her vision focused on the distant frost? The rose tidies the room, and sighs.
